Job Bank

We offer various ways for PASC-approved IHSS consumers to request provider referrals:

  1. Traditional Referral: Call the Registry to request a provider referral list at 877-565-4477.
  2. Email Referral: Email info@pascla.org to request a provider referral list.
  3. Web chat Referral: CLICK HERE to speak with a live PASC representative during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm to request a provider referral list.
  4. Online Referral: Browse our online provider Job Bank and request a specific provider(s).

Requirements to Participate

  • Must be currently eligible to receive IHSS services in Los Angeles County.
  • Must be a PASC Registry-approved recipient or willing to sign up.
  • Must be willing to contact providers and discuss service and scheduling needs.

Steps to Use the Online Referral Service

If you are an IHSS recipient needing a provider, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Ready-to-Work (RTW) Providers List:
    • RTW providers have passed the state’s criminal background check and completed County orientation.
    • The list contains providers who are currently available and looking for work.
  2. Request a Provider:
    • Fill out the form below or email ihssjbank@pascla.org with the provider’s Job ID number.
    • Include your full name, email address, and telephone number.
  3. Receive Provider Contact Information:
    • PASC will email you with the contact information of the selected provider(s).
    • It is your responsibility to contact the provider and arrange a job interview.
  4. Response Time:
    • Allow 24 hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, from the Job Bank closure to receive a response.

Job Bank Schedule

  • Listings Posted: The third Monday of the month at 12:00 PM.
  • Listings Closed: The third Friday of the month at 12:00 PM.

  1. Review Provider Information:
    • Check availability, city of residence, and specifics to ensure they meet your requirements.
  2. Important Notes:
    • Providers may not be available by the time we respond.
    • Inquiries are answered in the order received.
    • The Job Bank is strictly an online service. To speak with a PASC representative on the phone call: 877-565-4477.
    • Abbreviations in schedules:
      • Days: M (Monday), T (Tuesday), W (Wednesday), TH (Thursday), F (Friday), SA (Saturday), SU (Sunday)
      • Times: AM (Morning), PM (Afternoon and Evening)
    • Contact Information:
      • Do not contact the PASC Registry for Job Bank issues. The Job Bank is only available online.
      • Direct all inquiries to ihssjbank@pascla.org
    • Request Form:
      • Write down the Job ID number(s) you are interested in.
      • Submit the form below with the Job ID#, your First and Last Name, phone number, and email address.
    • City Selection:
      • Click on the first letter of the city you want to see providers from (e.g., click M-P for Pasadena).

      Starting July 1, 2019, a maximum of 5 referrals per person will be allowed.
