PASC JOB BANK

In July 2017, PASC created a Pilot-Program, called the Job Bank, to offer PASC consumers and providers an opportunity to access consumer and provider listings in order to request referrals or find work. The Job Bank is an optional, online-only opportunity for PASC-approved consumers and providers to request a homecare worker or recipient found on our website. If you are a PASC-approved consumer who needs a homecare worker, you may request homecare workers who are available to work on the Recipient Job Bank page. If you are a PASC and IHSS-approved and ready-to-work provider who is looking for work or a second job/shift, you may view a list of consumers who need a provider on the Provider Job Bank page.
Requests can only be submitted online by completing the form at the bottom of the Recipient or Provider Job Bank web page. Once requests are received, the contact information for each available and eligible provider or consumer requested will be emailed. The requestor can then contact the provider or consumer requested and schedule an interview.
In July 2018, the PASC Job Bank Pilot Program became an approved program/department at PASC. It has assisted over 150 consumers and providers as of March 2019 and has made thousands of referrals. Consumers and providers have expressed their appreciation for the online opportunity that the Job Bank provides for those who prefer to communicate via online methods or who have disabilities or impairments that do not allow them to speak on the phone to request providers or consumers. PASC is excited to provide this online opportunity and looks forward to furthering/enhancing the Job Bank’s growth.
