The Personal Assistance Services Council of Los Angeles County (PASC) does not and shall not discriminate in any of its activities, services, or operations, on the basis of:

These activities include, but are not limited to, In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) homecare worker recruitment and referrals, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. The PASC is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for IHSS beneficiaries and service providers, staff, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and the general public.
