To register for one of the IHSS Tips workshops in September 2019, please fill out the form below. By pressing the submit button at the bottom of the form, you are registered for the workshop of choice. You will not get a call from us unless you state you want a call back in the notes section of the form. In the event you must cancel or wish to change class dates, please call 626-737-7524 and leave your name, phone number, and date of class you can not attend.

How to resolve IHSS Problems (Issues) will provide you the steps to take and phone numbers needed to get your issues resolved.

How to make the most of your IHSS hours will provide you with problem solving techniques, time management suggestions and where to find local resources.

How to communicate effectively with your consumer or provider. Communication is the foundation for any relationship you have, and most people were not born with good communication skills, they are something that must be worked on. In this workshop we will talk about patience, listening, effective talking, body language and special communication accommodations.
