PASC Provider Services
Provider Services oversees the handling of all Criminal Background Inquiries from IHSS providers which includes providers who have Cleared, Failed, are No Longer Interested, and Resubmittal reports.
PASC Health Plan
PASC administers the PASC-SEIU Homecare Workers Health Care Plan for providers authorized to work at least 74 hours per month for at least two consecutive months.
PASC Back-Up Program
All approved IHSS recipients qualify for the Statewide Back-Up Provider System (BUPS). Los Angeles County offers two back-up programs, the amount of personal care hours assigned monthly will determine which program the recipient qualifies for.
PASC Homecare Registry
PASC’s Registry sends recipients a referral list of possible providers, and the recipient interviews and decides whether to form an employment relationship.
